E-Mail Support

Support is something that we as a company take extremely seriously and all hosting accounts include full 24/7 support via e-mail - normal turnaround time for a support request is within 2 hours, and never more than 12 hours.

Emergency support is available 365 days a year - we were responding to support requests at 9.30 PM on Christmas Eve last year ( There were none on Christmas Day but we were here if needed ! )
